By booking and receiving treatments at our clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, fair, and seamless experience for all clients.
General Policies
All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with the highest safety and hygiene standards.
Results may vary depending on individual factors such as age, skin type, activity and medical history. We will provide you with tailored advice to achieve the best outcome.
Client Responsibility
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.
Follow post-treatment advice carefully to ensure optimal results and minimize any risks.
Appointments
We do not require deposits to secure appointments; however, we request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to other clients.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments without a deposit.
Review Appointments
Review appointments are offered 2-3 weeks after your initial treatment with Anti-Wrinkle Injections to assess results and make any necessary adjustments.
If more than 4 weeks have passed since your initial treatment, additional doses or corrections may not be effective.
Treatment Adjustments
Adjustments to dosage, if necessary, will be discussed during your review appointment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for treatments received. If you have concerns about your results, please attend a review appointment where we will address them appropriately.
